Returns Policy

When you order from Mair’s , you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within seven days following the date of delivery. If you decide to return your goods you must contact us within seven days via email to customerservice@mairsonline.com for a returns authorisation code and the goods must be returned in the original condition and packaging that they were received in. No refunds will be forthcoming after this period. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase minus postage charges within thirty days of cancellation.

 

We can not issue refunds once an item has been altered or if it is an outfit which you are having custom made.

 

Any order paid by credit card will incur a 2% charge on the total cost if returning the item for refund. If returning for an exchange , the charge will be waivered .

 

Should you find any faults with our products you must notify us within seven days of the goods being received where a replacement or refund will be offered. You must contact us within seven days for a returns authorisation code. No refund will be forthcoming after this period. We will issue a refund , providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Any refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and issued within thirty days of notice.

 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings or necklaces which are with earrings.

 

If you do not contact Mair’s for a return authorisation number you will be subject to an administration charge of 20% of the total cost of your order.
Any returns should be posted back to Mairs,253-257 Soho rd,Handsworth, Birmingham,B21 9RY we do not pay any postage.

 

Once we have assessed the item , the money will be credited back to your debit/credit card that was used to place the order within 30days.

 

We recommend for all returns you use a delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in the return delivery to Mair’s.


Cancelling an order

 

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it any time before we despatch it, you will need to email us and we will give you an authorisation code.
